K25/6.7C – Clifford Chambers 6.7 Mile

Start on B4632 Stratford to Mickleton road approx. 2.5 miles south of Clifford Chambers adjacent to the long layby opposite Long Marston Airfield. Start at white line opposite tree on grass verge. Proceed south toward Mickleton 
Encircle mini roundabout in Mickleton village and retrace along the B4632 towards Stratford. ( 3.34 miles ) 
Finish at tree with white paint mark located on the opposite grass verge to the the start area ( 6.7 miles ) 

 

Risk Assessment. 

  1. Cars to be parked only the starting layby.
  2. Warming up to be done along away from the start area. No warming up to be done on the course.
  3. No U turns to be done in sight of the start or finishing areas.
  4. Riders to stand in the layby whilst waiting to start. ( Warning board )
  5. Care to be taken in negotiating new roundabout  / residential estate near Quinton.
  6. Care to be taken at sharp bend on approach / depart from Mickleton.
  7. Extreme care to be taken when encircling mini roundabout in Mickleton.( Warning board, Marshal and Red Flag mandatory )
  8. Care to be taken when negotiating ‘new’ roundabout /residential estate near Quinton.
  9. At the finish, riders to continue straight on to turn with care beyond the sight of the start / finish area before returning to the layby.
K25 /11.2 Aston Cantlow Circuit

Start at the field entrance in Mill Lane.au proximately 500 yards north of the Billesley: Great Alne / Walcot: Aston Cantlow crossroad. Proceed north to Aston Cantlow to turn left into Brearley Road at the T junction on the sharp bend leading into the village ( 0.8 / 6.5 miles ) Proceed through Aston Cantlow to the T junction to turn left into Salters Lane ( 1.8 / 7 .5 miles ). Cross the narrow river bridge to turn immediately left at T- junction with B4089, signposted Alcester. ( 2.0 / 7.7 miles) Proceed along B4089 through Great Alne village to turn left at the extreme sharp bend into Pelham Lane ( 4.4 / 10.1 miles ). Cross the narrow river bridge and bear left into unclassified lane signposted Billesley At the crossroad, turn left into Mill Lane ( 5.4 miles )and proceed past the starting area ( 5.7 miles) to complete the first circuit. On the second circuit, proceed straight over the crossroad, signposted Billesley to finish at double gated field entrance approximately 150 yards beyond the crossroad. ( 11.2 miles )

Risk Assessment. 

  1. Cars to be parked clear of the starting area.
  2. Care to be taken at bends/ blind hump on approach to Aston Cantlow.
  3. Care to be taken at T junction / sharp bend in Aston Cantlow and through the village.
  4. Care to be taken at T junction into Salters Lane and over narrow river bridge.
  5. Care to be taken on the B4039 through the narrow bends and Great Aloe village.
  6. Care to be taken at the extreme sharp left bend into Pelham Lane and over narrow river bridge.
  7. Care to be taken at all times at the crossroads and particularly when returning to the starting area after completing the event.

It is recommended that marshals are placed at the junction with the B4039 and the sharp turn left into Pelham Lane. 
K25/10LM (Long Marston)

Start at the white line adjacent to the fifth tree on the grass verge and opposite farm lane approx 90 yards south of Station Road T Junction on the unclassified Long Marston to Mickleton road. 
Proceed south towards Mickleton taking care over blind railway bridge and the following bends to the T junction on the approach to Mickleton. Turn sharp left with care onto the B4632 signposted Stratford on Avon ( 1.99 / 7.10 miles ). 
Proceed towards Stratford on Avon to turn left with care into Station Road signposted Long Marston ( 3.89 / 8.99  miles ). 
Proceed along Station Road, past The Greenway taking care across the railway line to the T junction at the unclassified Long Marston to Mickleton road ( 5.59  miles ). Turn left with care and pass the starting area to complete the first circuit. 
Complete the second circuit to finish at white line on road adjacent to the foot path / cycle path entrance leading to the new residential development and approx 150 yards before The Greenway railway crossing ( 10.00 miles )  

Risk Assessment. 

  1. Cars to be parked only on the north side of Station Road adjacent to The Greenway or on in the Industrial Estate that is opposite to The Greenway
  2. Warming up to be done along Station Road and away from the start and finish area
  3. Riders to stand on grass verge whilst waiting in the starting area
  4. Care to be taken over railway bridge with a blind approach, winding bends and poor road surface on the Long Marston to Mickleton road.
  5. Care to be taken when turning sharp left onto the B4632 at the T junction approaching Mickleton. ( Marshal recommended ).
  6. Care to be taken when negotiating new roundabout / residential estate near Quinton.
  7. Care to be taken when turning off the B4632 into Station Road.  
  8. Care to be taken when riding across the railway lines at The Greenway in Station Road.
  9. Care to be taken when turning sharp left at the T junction at the end of Station Road onto the unclassified Long Marston to Mickleton Road. ( Marshall recommended ).
  10. Care to be taken when passing through the starting area at the beginning of the second circuit.
K25/25C - Details To Come

Risk Assessment. 

  1. Cars to be parked in 'old road ' layby or opposite the B4632 in Clifford Chambers village.
  2. Care to be taken at The Greenwav crossing and the following winding bends at Milncote.
  3. Care to be taken when turning sharp left into the unclassified Welford to Long Marston road. Marshalling recommended.
  4. Care to be taken on the steep downhill section followed by an approach to a partially blind junction with a lane on the left. Marshalling recommended.
  5. Care to be taken over railway bridge with blind approach, winding bends and poor road surface on the Long Marston to Mickleton road.
  6. Care to he taken when turning sharp left onto B4632 at T junction approaching Mickleton. Marshalling recommended.
  7. Care to be taken at Clifford Chambers when turning left into the' old road ' and left again past the starting area.
K34/10D - Dunnington/Evesham (10 Miles)

K25/50 LM – Long Marston 50 Mile Circuit

Start at the white line adjacent to the fifth tree and opposite the gate post to the farm lane approx 90 yards south of T Junction with Station Road on the unclassified Long Marston to Mickleton road .

Risk Assessment.Proceed south towards Mickleton taking care over the blind railway bridge and the following bends to the T junction on the approach to Mickleton. Turn sharp left with care onto the B4632 signposted Stratford on Avon ( 1.98 / 7.12 / 27.61 / 40.40 miles ).

Proceed towards Stratford on Avon to Clifford Chambers village. Turn left into the ‘ old road ‘ and immediately sharp left again signposted towards Milcote ( 37.65 / 20.47 / 33.28 / 46.09 miles ).

Proceed west via Milcote taking care at The Greenway crossing and the following  bends to the T junction at Welford village end ( 10.53 / 23.35 / 36.16 / 48.94 miles ) to turn sharp left onto the unclassified Welford to Mickleton  road. 

Proceed with care through Long Marston village towards Mickleton to pass the starting area

On completing three full circuits, continue for a fourth circuit to finish adjacent to nearside five bar gate approx. 125 yards beyond the entrance to Stratford Self Storage premises, identified with a white mark on the gate post and also marked with a white line on the road ( 50.00 miles ).

  7. Care to be taken at The Greenway crossing and the following winding bends at Nilcote
  8. Care to be taken when turning sharp left into the unclassified Welford to Mickleton road. Marshalling recommended.
  9. Care to be taken on the steep downhill section followed by an approach to a partially blind junction on the left
K33/25 S - Salford Priors 25 Miles
  • Start on B439 (Norton - Bidford on Avon road) approximately 30M north of Abbots Salford Villages sign in line with ground entrance on opposite side of road. Ride North allong B439 through Salford Priors 
  • At island junction with A46 Take first exit (A46) 
  • At the "McDonalds' island junction with Alcester bypass A435 Encircle the Island to retrace along A46 
  • At Salford Priors encircle island to retrace along A46
  • At the "McDonalds' island junction with Alcester bypass A435 Encircle the Island to retrace along A46 
  • At Salford Priors island take second exit to continue along A46 
  • At Twyford Island junction with Evsham Bypass encircle island to retrace along A46 
  • At Salford Priors take first exit along B439 towards Norton 
  • Continue through Salford Priors to Finish in line with drain on opposite side of road to rough layby and ground entrance

KH27 - Dover's Hill

Start adjacent to TP DP96 imeadiately prior to lower entrance to Harris Lane about 1/2 mile through Weston Sub Edge village from B4032 (Church Lane) off Broadway, Stratford on Avon Road.

Start marked in white paint. 

Pass halfway point 4.6 yards nortt1 of TP 99 and near to Knapp cottage on right 

Finish opposite Steep hill 14% sign about 27 yards  before entrance to National Trust car park on left.
